Why do I need a smart control remote?

What has changed from Neeo?
Neeo was the previous version of the Control4 remote, but since then, the company has improved the device with some innovative updates. Neeo users switching to Halo will notice these changes:
- Increased Wi-Fi strength; Halo has a signal up to five times stronger than Neeo's.
- New voice controls that function as Siri for Apple TV or Xfinity voice for Xfinity boxes.
- Backlit buttons to help you find your Halo remote easily in the dark.
- Longer battery life and a "find remote" function to locate your misplaced device.
- A new user interface was designed based on customer feedback.
What is the difference between Halo and Halo Touch?
Halo features a full-color 2.8" non-touch LCD screen and a complete set of buttons to control the remote. The Halo Touch features a full color 3.2" LCD screen with a touch interface to select devices, media, favorites, automation, and more. In addition, the Touch has a reduced set of buttons; the numeric buttons on the Halo are not included as hard buttons on the Touch but are available on the touchscreen instead.
How can the Halo remotes be personally customized?
